Hyvä Breakfast must be better. Not much to eat, not much to choose, compared to price we paid for staying( I mean it's not cheap)!!!

Fantastinen This was a great place to land for one night after our cruise. We appreciated the airport shuttle and luggage storage. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially in answering our million questions about using public transportation to explore different areas of Vancouver. This stay was a positive ending to our vacation and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Hyvä Couple of comments. There was a somewhat dangerous situtation in the bathroom. The towel hanger, at shoulder level for me, but head level for my wife, was in a place where you could easily hit your head on it entering the bathroom. At 2 am when you're half awake, it poses a significant risk for a painful result.
There was no body wash in our room. Shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion, but no wash.
Good price for a quick overnight before catching an early flight.

The room was clean and the bathroom was recently renovated and looked fresh and clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was standard our 1st day, but the second day didn't include any eggs which was a big disappointment. Most of the staff was helpful and cheerful, the lady at breakfast was not as helpful as I asked for milk for my coffee at 9:33 and she said no as breakfast was over at 9:30. Otherwise our stay was as expected.

The staff were friendly and helpful. My Australian Wize travel card was not accepted which caused me a little stress given that it was the only hotel they had this policy. Breakfast was pretty ordinary
