Breakfast is good. Next to a city park. Low ceilings compared to another APA hotel in Tokyo that i stayed in. Overall fine.

The room and shower were both very small, but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was also clean and well maintained, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the size of the room and shower may be something to consider before booking.

Amazing hotel for my visit to Japan. Quiet neighborhood next to community, food, train, bookstore, and grocery stores. I would 100 percent visit again. Breakfast was top notch as well. Very much recommended for the additional cost and the convenience alone of location is much to rave about.
