Hotel had a terrible poop smell that is not nice. The room type booked was changed because of non availability. I was disappointed. It does not worth the money.

The rooms are clean. The ladies work hard to keep it clean. The area has an Olive Garden right across which was nice. The only thing we didn’t like and the most important is the check in counter staff. They are all terrible, not just one all of them they should get trained to do better. It was bad. They are rude and they start laughing at patrons and they have no customer service skills.
