Wow! We had a really great experience with this hotel. The receptionist was such a lovely lady who spent a lot of time giving us pointers on how best to explore the city. She also gave us restaurant recommendations and was very responsive to our questions throughout. The room was clean and the property was well-maintained. I truly did not except that exceptional of an experience. The location is also VERY convenient. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property.

I (solo female in my 60’s) stayed in single room for 3 nights at Hotel Ciao and was happy with it. Across the street from the train/metro station so convenient to get to sightseeing destinations (Vatican, Borghese, Pompeii, etc). Staff helpful. Room was quiet. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Safe not large enough for laptop. I would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I (in our 60’s) stayed in double room for 2 nights at Hotel Ciao and were happy with it. Staff helpful. Spacious, quiet room. Hotel and neighborhood felt safe. Across the street from the train/metro station so great base for sightseeing but also easy to walk to many attractions. Easy to catch early Leonardo Express train to Rome airport. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location besides supermarket and train station. Fridge and aircon were both nice and cold in the hot summer
