This is one of , if not the cleanest hotel we have ever stayed in. They do a meticulous job at keeping the property in excellent condition. Be sure to book a balcony room looking at the Matterhorn. The staff is always helpful and you see the same people every day, which makes it feel like home. It has one of the few grass lawns in town that you can enjoy a drink on in the afternoon with tables and service. This is our second time staying here we liked it so much. The breakfast is typical of Europe and is good for something light of you have a big day planned.

共有の電子レンジと冷蔵庫は地下にあります。部屋にはケトル、テレビ、ドライヤーがありますが、エアコンはありません。他のスイスのホテルでは扇風機が置かれていることが多かったのですが、このホテルにはなさそうでした。
立地はとても便利で、どの鉄道駅にも比較的近く、大きなスーパーマーケットもすぐそばにあります。
私たちの部屋からはマッターホルンは見えませんでしたが、朝食会場やホテルの庭からはきれいに見ることができました。
朝食はやや質素な印象ですが、スイスでは一般的なのかもしれません。おかず系は少なく、パン、ハム、チーズ、ゆで卵、ヨーグルト、フルーツ、シリアルといったラインナップでした。
私たちが宿泊した時は、東アジア系の宿泊者が多い印象でした。
今回は独立した湯船付きのお部屋に宿泊しましたが、水栓がどうしても閉まらず…。気づいた時にはすでにフロントが閉まっていて、結局湯船に入れませんでした。宿泊される方は、21:30前までに一度お湯をためられるか確認しておくことをおすすめします！

We had a room with balcony facing Matterhorn. It was mesmerizing to sit at the balcony and enjoy the changing faces of the Matterhorn at different times. We were blessed with good weather during our stay.
The breakfast was very good and the staff were friendly ad efficient.
I enjoyed my stay there thoroughly.

This hotel was wonderful. Very tasteful in its design and well maintained. Perfectly located in the middle of town and walkable to everything. When we first arrived in the afternoon we couldn’t see the mountain behind clouds but it was out in its full beauty in the morning while eating the complementary breakfast. Staff was very friendly and helpful with everything.

This was a fantastic hotel and the views from our room of the Matterhorn were amazing! I selected this hotel as it was easy walking distance from the train station (8-10 min walk with bags), and the rooms that had the Matterhorn views. The staff were very friendly, the room clean (though a little tight with luggage for 2 but manageable) and a very nice continental breakfast.
I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass if you are visiting Zermatt and want unbelievable views from both your bed and balcony!
