We have traveled the world and have stayed in many five star hotels. I must say the Chateau St Martin & Spa more than exceeded our expectations from the outstanding service, great food, friendly and helpful staff to the most beautiful grounds you can imagine ! The sleeping rooms are spacious with beautiful views of Provence below and the Mediterranean in the near distance. We spent a day by the pool soaking in sunshine and the ambiance of the resort. We rented a car but I suggest UBER instead if you are flying into Nice. What I loved about Chateau de St Martin is its location .. close to Nice but far enough away for a restful and quiet vacation. Wonder for families, older couples and honeymooners. This is a 6 Star resort that has not been spoiled!

This hotel is beautiful; however, the staff ruined the stay for us. I’m not sure if it were due to the color of our skin or they were just unhappy to have us but we felt uncomfortable being there. It is disappointing because I had stayed before and was raving about the beautiful hotel to my family and brought my parents and 3 other families with me but ended up being a disappointment. The restaurant staff were lovely but the management and front staff were not friendly.

This property is first rate. The concierge staff is outstanding. The pool is heavenly. the dinning option at the pool is great. we stayed here for three days and had to drag ourselves out of the hotel! completely first rate in every way.
