Everything was wonderful and truly met the expectations of a five-star hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are excellent, always friendly and eager to help, and they speak very good English. There is a restaurant with delicious food and a changing menu, as well as a nice poolside bar. The hotel grounds are beautiful and very relaxing. The air conditioning is strong, which makes a big difference in the heat. It feels much cooler and more comfortable here, and the hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay without even having to leave the property.

The hotel is a hidden gem in Mérida. Very beautiful architecture. Outstanding interior design. Rooms and amenities perfect for a romantic escape or a relaxing experience. The staff was super friendly and respectful. The breakfast menu had very delicious options. Congratulations!

We had an amazing stay. The pool, restaurant, and gym were all amazing. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were large, comfortable, and the bathrooms were terrific.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property is stunning, the rooms are beautiful, the beds are super comfortable, and the amenities are fantastic. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and the food is also great (both in the restaurant and pool bar). My husband and I also got massages and that was the best experience. There is also a great churrro and helado place within walking distance and that did not disappoint. 😉
