No check in poderiam explicar melhor como entrarmos no hotel visto que não fica ninguem na recepção . Condições do hotel e localização são excelentes

Central to all in Rome. Minutes away from all the major sites. Shopping and around you, and restaurants. Choose your cafe or bar, they are all good. 2 mins off the Main Street you are in a different world….love it

We were not given the four digit code to get into the suites after hours. However, a quick text to the hotel staff took care of the issue and we gained entry into our room. Other than that annoying little inconvenience, everything else was top-notch

In the heart of Via Toledo. Great access to port, public transport, Spaccanapoli, Spanish. Quarter. Great vibe all around.

It’s conveniently located next to shops and restaurants. However there were Issues encountered:
-Bed sheet had stain
-water leaks under the shower door wetting the bathroom floor a lot. Had to put towels to prevent it.
-there is mold in the shower.
-hair dryer is terrible. Very weak and stops working after a while. No way a woman can use it.
-lost power in the middle of the night. Provided an unsafe feeling.
-Construction in one of the rooms next door started at 8am. Too early for those on vacation.

We stayed at Toledo Relais for 4 nights. The hotel was very responsive via WhatsApp and the housekeeping lady was very helpful and thorough. The location is well situated to explore the city, albeit a lot more busy than expected.
I cannot recommend this hotel to families with young children, as we were provided with a defective crib. When we asked for a
replacement we were sent a link with a video on how to assemble the crib. We were able to get it to work temporarily, however it broke one morning and our 16 month old fell out. Finally, we were provided with a replacement crib but it was not age appropriate so we had to use the defective crib for the rest of the stay. I would suggest the hotel replace its defective crib for future families.
Also, the padlock for our room would not close and the refrigerator did not remain cold.
