Hotel clerk was so rude . I went there with my girlfriend at 2 AM after we got back from the game. That’s the New York Knicks game. Nowhere on the side says they require two pieces ID one for you and one with the person that you with I was trying to explain to him that we live far away and that I have reserved the room through Expedia. He did not care and he just told us to find another hotel if we have another ID, I have my drivers license for my girlfriend left her in her car. We were forced to find another hotel in the Bronx at at that time you know there’s not that many this place to get no stars just for customer service and the security guy. There was no good either if anything, he agitated the situation over a horrible experience.

Hotel/Motel. Overpriced for it being a regular motel, not a hotel . Rooms are average. Clean . Not well maintained. Toilet clogged the first day in and sink faucet was almost detached from sink . The marihuana smell all over the property was not helping. At all times they were smoking and as soon as you open the room door the smell was overwhelming. I would not recommend this property as is more for the casual passerby. 4 hours and under customers. If you know what it means. Truly hood place, not meant for long stays or families . My rating 2/5

Hyvä I liked that the beds were comfortable
I didn’t like if you are on the first floor towards the parking area, you heard all the noise in the back
I also didn’t like that, I tried to reserve the room. They told me they didn’t have two queen beds so I then went online and found the same room with the two queen beds $100 cheaper so always go online to book.
