This is the kind of room I really enjoy because of the fact it came with a bathtub that I could fit in and it was deep and the water was hot as heck. They also had a shower right next to the tub and the toilet was in a separate small room and the seat would automatically open every time you open the door if that's not welcoming I don't know what is

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel JAL City Tokyo and would definitely stay here again. The location is fantastic. The hotel is situated between two train stations, both about a block away, making transportation extremely convenient. There is also a convenience store right inside the hotel, which was perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks before bed. The staff were helpful and happy to arrange taxis whenever needed, making travel around the city very easy. My only minor complaints were that breakfast is not offered as a prepaid daily buffet package like many hotels I stay at, and I was surprised that a one hour late checkout came with a 3,000 yen fee (about $21 USD). As someone who travels frequently, that was a first for me. Overall, these were small issues compared to an otherwise excellent stay. I would happily book this hotel again on my next trip to Tokyo.

Very clean room and also kids friendly. We stayed with 1 year old daughter, she couldn’t get the cot as she can stand up but got the nappy bin. There’re limited high chairs with the belt but many selection of food children can have and kids plates/cutlery/cups are available. For bath time, we could borrow the bath stool as well.

My stay was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very nice but small. There were no area to open our suitcase or sit. Only the bed was available to sit or relax on.
