Zhangjiajie SANHE Resort

Tähditykset perustuvat Klookin yleiskatsaukseen kohteen tiedoista (kuten sisältyvistä palveluista ja tiloista jne.), ja ne ovat vain viitteellisiä.

We wanted to cancel but they don't answer messages and don't want to talk to us about changing the check-in date. Don't deal with such strict people they don't care about Americans.

Beautiful! Great stay. Breakfast buffet was good. Great staff. Very helpful.

Wonderful option to stay in this region.

Vi har kun ros til dette fantastiske hotel. Rene, nye og store værelser. Super god internet. Lækker morgenmad. Gode muligheder for aftensmad. Gratis shuttle service til indgangen af Nationalparken. Gratis vaskemulighed. Og super hjælpsom og serviceminded personale. Vi kan kun anbefale det her sted

Sèche-cheveux à revoir - ne sèche pour ainsi dire rien. Petit déjeuner à revoir, très peu de choix et non qualitatif. Joints de la douche non suffisants.

Excellent location, very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious

Didn’t realized the front desk staff is not 24/7. Checking out wasn’t done properly at 6am, no instructions where to leave the keycard and no notification of the final bill. Also, if misplaced or lost one of the room keycards, it cannot be replaced and not sure the reason behind it.

We really enjoyed the stay. Our unit has 2 en-suite bedrooms that worked well for my family. The property is vey clean, staffs are super helpful, friendly and accommodating. Free pickup and drop off to the east gate of the Zhangjiajie National Park is a great service. We thoroughly enjoyed the complementary tea tasting session: high quality local teas, and excellent conversation about tea culture and local minority people’s cultures and heritage. Will stay here again on our visit to the magnificent national park.

The family room was excellent with small touches like a tent and stuffed animals for my daughter. Very clean and very nice and new. Staff was courteous, kind and very helpful despite the language barrier. Would definitely stay again and totally recommend.

The best hotel ever!! Amazing staff ..especially kang...rooms so clean and fancy .... Everything Amazing!
