I had booked your hotel on 15.4.2026, more than 1 month I booked, check in from 25.5.2026 to 31.5.2026 check out(total 6 nights). Our room numbers were 1007 and 1009. We had request high floor and your advertisement mentioned had window with city view. But during the 6 nights stay, both rooms window view were cooling towers and the Chongqing Time Square signboard. Very sad that we had this type of treatment by a 5* hotel. As this is our first time stay in your hotel, 2 rooms for 6 nights but sorry to say this is also our last time stay in your hotel because your guest room's allocation did not impress me.

Location is great! Room is bright and big, and bathroom is equipped with handle bar and non slipped flooring - perfect for my 80+yo mom. There’s a laundry room too - free for in-house guests and could be done in less than an hour. I’ll definitely stay at this hotel next time I come to Chongqing!

Great proximity to attractions & walking distance to subway. Roomy room with sizable bathroom as well. Room is well maintained everyday.

Great location, in the middle of Jiefengbei and close to Metro & street food. Free laundry (washing machines & tumble dryers) was very convenient. Only downside was lack of any Non-Chinese channels on the TV and front staff I encountered were non English speaking. Something I was not expecting from a big chain hotel.

I booked 2 rooms under the same name (traveling with kids). I requested the rooms to be nearby or at least be on the same floor. The lady that checked us in was not friendly at all and without even trying she said she couldn’t accommodate. We checked in around 3:30pm. After we insisted, she was able to find 2 rooms next to each other.

Excellent stay with modern decent and great location. Staff were wonderful too.
