Hienoa I would stay again for it’s cleanliness, attentive staff, and location. The hotel is pretty basic and not many amenities but perfect for a comfortable night’s sleep after sight seeing all day. I’m fairly sensitive to odors and sounds and the rooms smelled clean and not a lot of noise from outside or other rooms. Bathrooms are TINY but this is the norm for Istanbul.

A bit noisy with trams outside but not bad. Use ear plugs and no problem . Location far outweighs the trams

Horrible experience with this hotel, I booked this hotel at a wrong time and contacted this hotel immediately, and they just don't wanted to change the time for me. So I have to book again and waste CAD $200 for a so called "un-refundable" booking. Avoid this hotel all time.
