First time in a hostel and figured out it just isn’t for me. I think it’s fine for the cost but was a little bit dirty and had me clutching my pearls at moments since I’ve been an avid hotel stayer. I didn’t see a member of staff the entire time but still managed to check in just fine. Stayed in an all girls room and that was good, but the floor was mixed and boys apparently don’t change with their doors closed anymore, so ended up seeing more than necessary at times.

The room was nice and cosy but too small.
The staff was quite friendly at Times and cold at other times

The property is very near to the beach and is easily accessible by subway or bus. I stayed in a private room and it was clean and comfortable. There are lots of restaurants nearby although none are vegetarian friendly. The only thing I didn't like was the blinds. They didn't block out the sunlight.

Hienoa The staff are helpful and kind.
One washroom for 8 ppl is not ideal. Especially when the washroom doubles as a shower area. This concept needs to be changed.
But you can't beat the price. You get what you pay for.
