The stairs to the elevator were the difficult to navigate with luggage. The staff did not communicate in English well. The room was clean and well maintianed. We had to walk through a lot of bikes/moped to get to the entrance which was a little off putting because there was a lot of smoking outside the door. The location was very good at peoples square, just the entrance was a little less than desirable. The coffee area was not much of an area and I passed on using any of those items.

We had a great stay at Jinglai Hotel Shanghai! The location was perfect and easily accessible for walking and commuting . The entrance was right off the Nanjing pedestrian street so it was very convieniant for shopping and subway.
The hotel staff was very helpful throughout our entire stay and even helped us through a luggage crisis!
Would recommend this stay if you’re in Shanghai!

The rooms are clean daily, nice heated toilet seats, perfect for winter months. The shops were nearby within walking distance. The staff very friendly and helpful with accommodating our needs. I would recommend adding additional washer and dryer to accommodate the number of guest using the laundry which is included as an amenities. The facility only as 1 washer and dryer and it does takes awhile to dry the clothes.

I liked how the staff was very friendly and helpful.They helped us to communicate via a translator and to get taxis to and from the airport pre and post cruise.Also they recommended a laundromat for us to wash our clothes and helped us to get the clothes their as well.Very nice people.The hotel was also very clean and it is close to the shopping area on Nanging road and many restaurants.Will stay their again.
