Room was clean overall, but as with most hotels, long hairs were found on carpeting and in the shower. Breakfast was so-so, the selection was basic and the Planter’s Shed couldn’t accommodate the peak number of guests, which led to a ballroom as an extended facility, but it completely lacked the ambience. Pool was also overcrowded, unless you love super active and vocal kids. The pool area was also small, so with non-pool using guests using it as a hangout further crowded the already cramped poolside. In brief, the amenities couldn’t cater for when the hotel is running at high capacity. With these infra constraints, there should be crowd control measures instead of disappointing guests when amenities/resources get overwhelmed.
