Everything about this apart hotel was great, with exception of construction next door. It starts early in morning, and at night it’s very noisy from the street. So very loud all day long.

Great location just across from the Marina Wonderful view of Capri from our balcony The host- Max was charming and very helpful giving plenty of advice about where to eat and what to see in Napoli.

No complaints, this was a great hotel to stay in, and I would definitely come back! The staff was extremely nice, the room was very clean and had everything we needed, and the surrounding area had lots to do. Right on the water, so it was beautiful!

Gram Suites was the perfect place for our visit to Naples. The location made it easy to get around the city, and everything felt clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stood out was the service. Max went above and beyond to help us during our stay. We happened to be there during a taxi strike, and he helped us find a last minute solution to get to Molo Beverello and make our ferry to Positano for the day. You don't typically go to a hotel and find such a kind, responsive, and genuinely care from the hotel staff. If you’re looking for a great place to stay in Naples with excellent service and a central location, I would highly recommend Gram Suites. We would absolutely stay here again!
