Checkout was slow Had to wait 20 minutes for staff to sort out minibar water bottles status in the system so that they can finalize the checkout

They are missing the executive lounge Though Expedia charged me for room with lounge access but that is not operational yet at the hotel I believe the extra money charged for room category with lounge access should be refunded - as there was no such category at the hotel
