Clean room, breakfast was good, staff was friendly, and the building was in a good spot. The room was nice, but the shower head wasn't the best. Only complaints are that the shower was the best, and the AC was a bit loud. Overall great stay, would definitely stay again. 8.9/10

We loved the room. Very spacious and had all the amenities we could need. We were very comfortable. The room was clean, the breakfast buffet was awesome. The hotel has 2 convenient stores, one inside the building and another right at the entrance and are open 24/7. We definitely enjoyed air conditioning that is a must for the weather and we made use of the safe, the spacious fridge and washer and drier machines.

Rooms were tiny small and view from the rooms is the worst: a landfill of garbages.
Horrible way to spend vacations. Plus the area is not great and run down. People working at the front desk barely speak English and hence are not very helpful. This is not a 4 star experience!

This hotel is very spacious and clean. We booked the BOTANIK suite with the washer dryer which was the best choice we made for a family with 2 kids. The staff are very kind and helpful at the front desk. The location is great and close to Line 2 and walking distance to Gwangjang Market, a historical site and even to Myeongdong.
The things I wish they provided was lotion and long term luggage storage.
Other than that everything else was great. There are 2 convinient stores (one inside the hotel) and one across the street. The restaurants on the hotel grounds and cafe (Knedlo) were also very good.
Overall we had a good experience and would book this hotel again.
