We had an excellent experience at the hotel. The receptionists Thip and Kaew was very professional, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. Their kindness, respect, and excellent customer service made us feel comfortable and valued. Thank you for the outstanding work and warm hospitality.

Overall the rooms were spacious, clean, staff were welcoming and were always waiting with a smile. Coffee was one of the best flavours we have had all trip. Local grown in Chiang Rai. A quick walk to BTS with a complimentary shuttle to the end of street also. Good location with little restaurants and food stalls close by.
