I stayed for five nights and throughout the holiday I had amazing service from all the staff very accommodating with everything i needed day and night. I would give them five out of 5 for everything

Everything was perfect except the shower. It was grubby and discoloured and overall felt dirty. The rest of the room was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful.

The room was very quiet and comfortable, great shower and the building seemed new and well maintained. The staff were very polite and extremely helpful throughout the entire time. The location is great, right at a very quiet road but with lots of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. We stayed at Novotel Bomonti for 7 nights and we had the best experience.

I had an excellent experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, my room was clean and the property overall is in great condition. It's in a good location too - nearby to other restaurants.

Here is a smoother, more coherent, and more polished version: ⸻ We had a truly lovely stay at Novotel Bomonti. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank you to Seraf, Emre, and Izzet for their kindness and helpfulness throughout our stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude really stood out. The food was delicious and the hotel clearly pays attention to every detail. Our room was spotless, very comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the city, which my mom especially enjoyed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, elegant, and well maintained. The only small inconvenience was that the pool was closed for maintenance, so we were not able to use it. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. My mom and I genuinely had a great time here, and we will definitely be choosing Novotel Bomonti again for our next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended.

Gokce, Alpen, & Akin all deserve a raise! When we come back to Istanbul we will be looking forward to seeing them again. We have been raving to our families and friends about the unbelievable hospitality of these complete gentlemen. They are the very best hosts of any hotel in the world.
