スタッフの方が皆さんとても良くしてくださいました。滞在中、毎日タクシーを利用していましたが、ホテルの立地上、ホテル前でタクシー乗車が不可で、ホテルも予約サービスの対応がなかったことが、唯一残念でしたが、それ以外は大満足です。次回も予約しようと思います、

本厚木駅近隣では新しいホテルで設備も最新仕様のため快適です。 ドアの開け閉めで気になったところは開ける側は特に問題ないですが閉まる側が早過ぎ、油断をしているとドアに体を挟む可能性があるところです。

This hotel is super convenient with a quick 4-minute walk from the central exit. A little tricky as it’s easy to miss the 2 elevators up to the check-in desk on the 3rd floor, but check in was easy even with the automated system. Stayed on the 12th floor for a bit more quiet as the hotel is on the main station road. Room is small but comfy and clean. No issues with noise aside from the occasional loud conversation in the hallway. Didn’t have the breakfast as I prefer the Starbucks a minute away. I did however appreciate the fact that the cafe serving breakfast converts to a free-use space with drinks and even with an instant soup machine. Great for working or just reading before heading out.

Clean and tidy close to facilities

Couldn't find the word "hotel" anywhere on the building that didn't appear to have a clearly marked entrance for the guests to know where to enter while hauling their luggage. One tiny little pillow in the small room with no option for at least two, whether from the room's closet or when asked at the front desk - hardly a comfort element / Had zero people attending at the front desk when checking in. One person appeared seemingly out of nowhere after 10 min, when self-check-in couldn't be done because the room was prepaid (I think). Next day the front desk was attended to by friendly staff.
