No phone, no iron, bed was tiny even though it was listed as a King

I had to park on the street and I had a Handicap Placard yet I still received a ticket for $125 I have photos that would blow your mind

Second visit was better then the first one.

Place was okay but not sure why another sink is near the bed area with a closet with no closet rode

I almost never leave reviews, but this stay needs one. The purportedly sound-proofed room was definitely NOT sound-proofed, and we were kept awake literally all night by outside noises, dogs barking (inside), hallway chatter, and amorous neighbors. The WiFi did not work. The fan in the room did not work, so the room (which had that smell of smoke and dogs covered up only somewhat by air freshener) absolutely reeked. The bathroom had only one towel (and one floor mat, and no washcloths) for two people. Only one sheet total on the mattress, with a thin blanket. The appearance of the “lobby” and street outside reminded me of a crackhouse apartment building where I lived in the 1990s; I had forgotten that such places still existed anywhere in the New York region. (The TV was nice and worked fine, so that’s something…)
