Great location, clean and great man at the desk!

Customer service is terrible

This is a beautiful hotel that has residents who live there and is also offers hotel accommodation. The two restaurants next to the building are excellent, The Shed and the an Italian restaurant. The parking is close to the building and free of charge. The check in is easy and the elevators are conveniently located. The room was spacious with a private bathroom and kitchenette. The bed was comfortable and it was very nice to have a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and sink. The shower has a nice water pressure and has large bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The pool area outside looked gorgeous but it was too cold to swim when we stayed. The downside to the room: the hotel phone was broken and they never fixed it even though they were told about it immediately, the bathroom towels were never washed before and left lint all over our bodies, the bottle of body wash was empty, the rug on the floor was dirty, and they only have a Nespresso machine and the selections of coffee weren’t very good or well stocked. They keep the remotel control for the tv on the windowsill. Customer service was just okay. I liked it but don’t know that I would stay here again.

The property looked brand new. It was quiet, roomy, and well located.

Amazing, only negative thing about this place, is that the air conditioning didn’t work on day it wasn’t needed to much

What truly sets this property apart, however, is the impeccable professionalism of the staff. Every interaction was handled with such grace and efficiency that it’s clear the management holds itself to the highest possible standards. It is rare to find a development where the physical beauty of the building is matched so perfectly by the quality of the service. Kudos to the developers for bringing such a luxurious and world-class vision to life. I cannot wait for my next opportunity to return to this stunning property!

Room was clean, quiet, spacious, comfortable, the kitchenette area was usable and fully stocked. Staff were helpful. Easy walk to grocery store, and train is less than a mile away. HIGHLY recommend.

The room came with everything needed for an extended stay; the full kitchen with stove top, upgraded coffee service, real glasses and plate service and even an automatic dishwasher. Amazed to find a washer and dryer inside and plush towels and robes. The place was emaculant! And great bedding too!

Beautiful, peaceful, clean great amenities. I will definitely be back
