Stayed in the “residence” part. When we arrive, nobody had our reservation and had to contact a gentleman through WhatsApp who came down and walked us to our room and gave us the key. He left without giving us any instruction. He was the property manager I think. Never got his name. Showed us to our rooms. Evidently there was a water switch we had to turn on and allow the water to warm up. We didn’t know that, so my friend took a cold shower. Several of the pieces of furniture were broken, stained, crappy looking. There was mold on the ceiling, also it looked like there had been a water leak that was about to explode in the ceiling, there was an infestation of cockroaches. When I pulled back the covers on my bed, it looked like a large blood stain. The toilet seat was cracked and taped on both sides. There was orange tubing (floor to ceiling) that they threw tan paint on, I think to camouflage. Asked for another room. The shower head n room 2 didn’t work properly. Still cockroach infestation. Good view and cleaner than the other. We didn’t know we had to take one of the only 2 towels from the room to the pool. We asked for toilet paper and didn’t receive it for over and hour. I asked the manager to meet me at 6:50 since we had a 7:00 taxi and I had to call him to wake him up. Couldn’t just leave keys. Even though it was the same name, couldn’t use the same facilities as the “hotel guest”. Good location, close to HOHO Bus. Pool and spa were nice. Connected to mall.

It’s a great place with an amazing view and location but they’ve messed up the details. They claim to have 100+mbps internet, it’s 8. They claim to offer shampoo, they don’t. They claim to have a fireplace?! And obviously they don’t. Worse than that, they don’t clean properly. Some of the cutlery had food stuck on it, the pillows had clearly not been cleaned in months. The place itself has amazing potential and it’s a shame that they’re dropping the ball.

This is a total scam and should be removed from Expidia as a listing. It’s not a hotel, just a very poorly maintained apartment in the Berjaya Times Square residences. The room was dilapidated, with bad wiring for lighting, no hot water and filthy bed sheets and towels, which seemed like they hadn’t been washed before my arrival. The check in process was a nightmare, I had to get someone to call the person, who then came and demanded a cash deposit and my passport before even showing me to the room. When I refused to give a deposit I was told I had to check out, and it was only when I repeatedly complained that I was given the room for the three nights I had to endure it. An absolute joke and a scam, please don’t book this place, and I hope Expedia will see this and remove the listing, to avoid others having to experience this filthy accommodation. I would give it zero stars if that was an option.

Very good service and also location. 10 minutes walking can go bukit bintang, pavilion,jalan alor. Near mrt station,big shopping mall

A little dated but otherwise the basic needs are met.

Room was not as advertised. Very misleading. Fixtures and fittings are dated, several fixtures are broken and faulty. There are certainly some health and safety issues. I strongly suggest an inspection for this room to be carried out before selling it to your customers. I have taken many photos to proof my grievances. Location wise, it’s good!

It was neat and clean. Everything worked as intended. The beds and pillows were comfy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The lobby is easily accessible and has a convenient entrance to the mall. Has a 7-11 near the lobby to get the amenities. Overall, a stress-free stay

Very good location. My room was very clean. The experience of staying in the room at night was amazing. All the facilities are super here. I will come again next time. The staff was very good.
