Très mauvaise expérience à l’hôtel Central Sevilla.
Je n’ai pratiquement pas fermé l’œil de la nuit. La chambre était un vrai four : la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas correctement malgré plusieurs tentatives.
Le matelas était extrêmement inconfortable et le bruit venant de l’extérieur a continué jusqu’à 3h du matin, rendant le sommeil impossible.
De plus, il était indiqué qu’un petit-déjeuner était inclus, mais au final il n’y avait rien. Très décevant.
Autre mauvaise surprise : je reçois ensuite une facture avec une chambre à 61,33 € + 6,17 € de taxes, alors que les prestations ne correspondaient absolument pas au prix payé.
En tant que cliente fidèle Hotels.com, cette expérience me pousse sincèrement à reconsidérer mes prochaines réservations. Le service et la transparence n’étaient vraiment pas au rendez-vous.

The reception lady was really nice and friendly, way better than many high end hotels staff. She recommended me where to eat and helped with the luggage.
The rooms were spacious, I love that this place has filtered water and free coffee and tea… it’s so much better than most hotels i stay in, they don’t even have filtered water 😩.
