For the price it is good. Location is excellent just minutes from Causeway Bay MTR (exit D1) and Sogo shopping mall. The stipulated address is level 4 but the reception was actually at level 3, though to be fair HK includes ground floor in their lifts.
Building is dingy but that’s how it is in downtown HK. Room is of course very small.

near Causeway Bay mtr so very convenient in location, would have been nice to have more directions about how to get in to property

The hotel is difficult to find. Staff is not willing to help to find the way to hotel. No basic amenities like free drinking water. Room is not clean.
