Every thing was wonderful and also excellent

The hotel has no parking or area for unloading luggage, I had to double-park on the street to unload my car. The bathroom hadn't been cleaned before I checked in. There were food scraps on the chair. The shower water pressure was so low that I had trouble washing my hair. Water pooled in the shower during my first use. There was a nightstand on only one side of the bed. During my two-night stay, there were several incidents of guests shouting in the hotel hallways throughout the night until 4-5am making it difficult to sleep

It was ok, I wouldn’t stay there again because of the area but if you want to be close by the zoo then this is the place. Front staff was friendly and helpful, if we needed something they were very on it to retrieve it for us. My only complain is that we wouldn’t get daily service such as new towels and trashing out daily. Out of the 5 nights it was only done once even though I asked everyday.

Clean l love it

Stayed here twice now for 8 days total, the hotel is always very clean, including the room, check-in area, breakfast nook, fitness room, and hallways. Staff have always been kind and so very helpful! The beds are comfortable, TV is big (and you can connect from your phone to stream), shower is spacious and Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, there's free hot coffee 24/7, and the complimentary breakfast is also amazing-- juice, bagels, toast, muffins, cinnamon rolls, oatmeal, cereal, pancakes, yogurt... you name it. This hotel has provided such a comfortable and peaceful stay during my trips and for a very good price, too!

Good hotel right next to Fordham and Little Italy in the Bronx. Parking is a major challenge being right across the street from St. Barnabus Hospital. Lots of one way streets so can be a bit overwhelming if you’re not prepared for the local parking culture. lol.

It’s good if you only want to stay one day

Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was clean and comfy. The shower water pressure was down when I first arrived, but they warned me before checking and got it fixed. It was a good experience!
