Very clean. Convenient location next to the East Side wall gallery and near the Ostbahnhof (train and metro). Small cafe/restaurant on ground floor, in case you want to grab a quick bite to eat. Quirky decor goes with the Berlin vibe.

Great room, a bit cramped for a family of 4 but the space was well utilized and efficient, which made the stay pleasant. We did not love the breakfast, but there are plenty of options nearby.

Hienoa Great location, opposite the train station so easy link to the airport (when the train line has no construction work) and supermarket to buy food/drink. Staff very friendly! There is also a luggage storage room which is very handy - €3 for 4 hours, €4 for 12 hours.
The room was modern but quite basic in terms of amenities - would have been nice if a kettle was in the room to drink warm fluids. I’m glad I bought slippers with me as the floor was quite dirty. Also I had reported that the sink was very slow to drain water but this had not been fixed during our stay.

The room was small but clean and easy to keep tidy with the built-in desk, shelves, and hooks. Surprisingly quiet considering the floor we were on seemed pretty full. Amazing location next to Ostbahnhof with the S-Bahn and all the quick eateries and grocery stores.

Cosy and warm hotel lobby with great coffee shop. Amazing location right next to the East Side Gallery and opposite a major train station (Ostbahnhof). Really easy to check in and out with app on your phone and unlock your room with this app also. My only criticism is the pillows were like giant, mainly unformed bags of cotton wool.

Lovely property, we ate dinner in the restaurant which was great for a simple burger, never had any issues to require us to speak to staff as everything is done through the app including check in/out and room key, but reception was always manned. Bags were safe locked in the luggage room for day of departure, we hired a large locker for 12hr for €4. Lots of places to relax including a children’s play area. Right opposite a major train station (s bahn) with direct links to the airport which was easy to navigate for our late arrival.

Clean room, definitely suited for short term stays, great location right by Berlin Ostbahnhof and next to East Side Gallery. Communal spaces were nice enough, could be cleaner but they are used by a lot of people so understandable. Would definitely recommend!
