We stayed here for 1 night and luckily got upgraded from a hotel room to a loft. It was great, bed was comfortable and clean. Had a little coffee bar with some snacks, which is always nice. The staff were very nice! Only a 5 min walk to Gran Via. Great location, would definitely recommend !

Perfect stay for our night in Madrid! We loved the roof top with free refreshments and the neighborhood was very walkable to nearby stores/cafes/etc. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location , in the heart of city centre . Great location if you’re interested in shopping and exploring the area. Staff are amazing and so welcoming . They have coffee, water snack and fruit 24/7 . The bed is very comfortable and you will have a great sleep . The room is not fancy but comfy and anything you need is there. If I ever go back to Madrid I will stay in the same hotel.

Excellent location, within walking distance to a lot of places, restaurants, and shops. Easy to find places to eat late at night and quite safe. Visited during a heatwave in summer and their ac is mini-split so it took 2 days of it running at 19ºC full speed for it too feel comfortable. Staff was super friendly

What an absolute gem of a place. Excellent location, amazing staff. Coffee bar on the top floor with drinks and pastries all included. Will definitely be back.

It's a good value for money option, the hotel has what's needed for the night and I really liked the location. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom was a bit uncomfortable for me, as it's a Handicap equipped bathroom.
