Room was spotless, pools well kept and Strawbella staff wonderful, al acarte dining options broad and buffet was good. All staff were wonderful. Hotel organised driver for full day tour and Rio was also exceptional. So many seating options throughout the resort

We booked another 2 bedroom family suite together, and while amenities were nice, our stay was dampened by lack of hot water in the shower despite letting the water run for 1 minute.

This is honestly the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The family friendly facilities are also so beautiful and perfect for the kids and adults. Our room was absolutely stunning and was a great surprise to see an xbox! The kids freaked out with happiness. We have an incident with our youngest son experiencing a medical episode and the all the staff were absolutely amazing!!! They went above and beyond to help and we can never thank them enough for helping us through such a difficult time. I cannot recommend this place enough! Don’t look further this is the best hotel on the island!
