Everything was great. The food was delicious, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The hotel is very well organized and maintained. It is also an excellent choice for families with children, offering a comfortable and welcoming environment. We had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend it to other travellers.

Good breakfast. Clean modern hotel. Room was like a small apartment. Not a beautiful building appearance but we'll located.

A warm welcome from the friendly receptionist. Spacious, spotlessly clean room. Large comfy bed with beautiful linen. Excellent breakfast in the morning, the poached eggs were perfectly cooked. A very enjoyable stay, I would definitely recommend this hotel, it is outstanding.

The family room was set up in a way where the air conditioning unit was blowing directly onto one of the beds, this made it inpossible to sleep without having a freezing cold breeze. When telling the hotel staff the next morning, the boomer woman at reception didn't seem to care, offered no apology and said "there's nothing we can do about that".

We both had a truly wonderful stay at The Hillbrook in Sherborne. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly & made us very welcome to everything exceeded our expectations. The studio apartment was exceptional—beautifully presented, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with comfort and attention to detail in mind. It felt both luxurious and welcoming, making it easy to relax and fully enjoy our time there. The peaceful setting added to the experience, and the overall atmosphere was calm and inviting. Every aspect of our stay reflected care and quality, and it’s clear that a lot of pride goes into maintaining such high standards. We would highly recommend The Hillbrook to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Sherborne, and we very much look forward to returning in the future.

Very clean and spacious and any queries were immediately dealt with by the helpful and friendly staff. I would though prefer an en-suite that was not a wet room, with a bath ideally.

Lovely, new hotel. Room was very big and so comfortable. All the staff are so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is amazing with excellent service. Parking is free and very convenient This was my 4th stay and will definitely stay again.

The room very comfortable clean and tidy. Restaurant menu limted but ok.

Lovely room and the staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was superb and parking easy. It would however be nice if there were spa facilities for guests rather than just a treatment room.
