One night of our stay, my friend and I walked to the nearby plaza to grab a bite. On the way back in, we asked the security guard why he was blocking off the plaza with his car, and he responded saying “this is not a good area”😅 While we didn’t see anything too concerning, and we generally felt safe on the property, it’s worth noting lol. Overall very clean and appropriately priced stay!

The staff was efficient handled concerns fast. Great area with terrific security. The breakfast was great and the indoor pool was beautiful.

I booked this hotel for my guests, a couple traveling with two children. Shortly after checking in, they found a cockroach in their room. They had to pack all of their belongings and move to another room late at night, which was very inconvenient for the family. The room change happened only after I requested it. While the staff eventually transferred them to another room, the experience disrupted their stay and should not have happened in the first place. I also reached out regarding compensation, but the hotel declined because the reservation was booked through a third party. I hope the hotel improves its room inspections and guest service so future guests don’t experience the same issue.

The hotel lobby and other areas seemed clean. Our room was very clean the first night. We expected the room to be cleaned every night but, was told housekeeping only cleaned every other day which was very disappointing. Also the morning of the 2nd and 3rd/last night, there was a foul BM smell coming in the room. It smelled like maybe the sewage pipes were backed up and the smell was coming through the vents in the room. I suggest they really get that checked, cleaned and repaired asap. Staff, breakfast and parking was good. The entire stay was okay but, will not stay at this location again when I come back to visit Dallas.

Parking costs. Great stay. Clean. Friendly. Would stay again.

Staff not friendly. To much noise at hotel complained and staff did nothing about it. I had to literally make employee call the room above me to tell them to stop. I was charged an additional $75 for parking that i was never told about. That’s just wrong. Breakfast was horrible. Do not stay here.
