The room was very small, no space to hang any clothes or even open your suitcase....who'd have thought about that. The bed was good, though I was cold as the duvet is very thin. I asked for an extra one, which they provided. The breakfast was ok, but just basic stuff...plenty of much nicer options elsewhere in a city. So not worth paying the extra really. There was a problem with the electrics in the room, which made the shutters open in the middle of the night, the lights not working, etc....annoying stuff, yet you still pay the same. The location is good, very close to a U bahn and beer garden and generally a quiet and nice area. But would I come back? Probably not.

Family friendly hotel, very close to train station, good restaurant and bar in lobby, rooms were very nice staff was very friendly. Sonny at the desk gave us great tips were to go shopping. Thank you.

Room was compact but clean and cool with comfortable beds - there was also a pleasant beer garden near by

I arrived at the hotel from Berlin Airport around 8:00 AM. I fully understand that this was very early for check-in, but I expected at least some flexibility, especially from a larger hotel. I thought there might be a possibility to check in around 12:00 or 1:00 PM, but the staff was not friendly or helpful, and I was made to wait until exactly 3:00 PM. The frustrating part is that when I finally got into the room, it was extremely empty, dark, cold, and uncomfortable. There was barely any furniture, no carpet, even no drinkable water provided, and the whole room felt like a small empty box. Honestly, I am curious how a room this empty could take until exactly 3:00 PM to clean and prepare. Overall, this was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience.

Amzing hotel, perfect for our family of 4. Staff at the desk super helpful. Very close to the U bahn. Even easily found free parking on the street for our rental car. Lovely rooftop terrace, good breakfast! Would definitely come back.

Polite and helpful staff. Small but clean and adequate rooms. Food choice very limited but a very good bar. Next door to Gleisdreieck U-Bahn Station (U1 and U2), short walk (circa 10 minutes) to Potsdamerplatz. Great if you just want somewhere to sleep and wash, probably less suited if you want to spend time in a hotel.
