Great location and awesome room. Very clean and hosts were so nice. As a solo female traveler I felt totally safe and comfortable. I would recommend this stay to anyone.

This was not advertised in an honest way, they have retrofitted a space on the first floor of a residential building, the reception area is next to your room and you hear phone calls , customers talking with the reception desk personnel. It really does not feel like a hotel room and I don’t know how they got permitted to make this space in to a room and the rent it, it’s just not a rentable space. However staff were nice and helpful and the space or if you call it room was clean and functional. Very odd space / room and not private at ALL!

Excellent property, felt very safe as 2 girls together on a city break. Comfortable and clean rooms. Staff are very friendly. Would stay again 😊

It was the worst accomodation I have ever had to use.
It is not a hotel!
It is certainly not 'boutique'.
There is no sign for the hotel.
The loud reception is outside your door.
We were awoke every morning at 0700 to construction work.
One morning we lost power. No number to call. No one to resolve the issue.
A park bench would be more comfortable.
Avoid!!!
The 10.0 reviews on here CANNOT be genuine.

Wonderful spacious air conditioned property in central Milan. Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms. Definitely would stay again.
