Hienoa I left very early in the morning but they made me a packed breakfast which was substantial. I forgot when I booked to ask for something on the ground level because using the stairs was an awesome task for somebody who is not very good with climbing.

Can’t beat the location and heritage charm. However it does come at a cost - no hot water, limited food options and amenities. Would recommend but not if your a creature who requires comforts.

Keskimääräistä heikompi The hotel is in a nice heritage building overlooking the lake with delightful views.
However our stay was not enjoyable. The shower didn’t produce hot water, the bathroom was grotty and towels appeared dirty. When we asked for our room to be cleaned there was no evidence that our bathroom had been.
The electrics were inconsistent, certain appliance did not work and on one occasion a socket exploded giving me a shock.
We reported the electrical problems and, in fairness, an electrician was called and the problem fixed, however there was no real apology or attempt to make good.
We reported the hot water issue and it was just dismissed.
Many of these things I would probably have accepted however we paid over £100 a night (11,000 rupees) for a Deluxe Suite.
A really unpleasant stay.

The location of this hotel is amazing. All the touristy spots are within walking range. The hotel has beautiful view of Pichola lake. The breakfast on the rooftop was cherry on the cake. They serve amazing breakfast. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Aman who took really good care of us.
