Gorgeous property. Recommend the penthouse very affordable and world class view. Staff was very helpful in getting tickets to boating activities. Also hotel is perfect location at top of guatape short walk into town to shop and eat/drink and then take a cute colorful moto car back to hotel. Also, restaurants were great at hotel. Excellent food and service. Highly recommend and superior value

Hotel has some music during the day to set a mood (but volume is fine). First night music was still on till 1:00 AM but since room are poor isolated it was very hard to fall asleep. same thing happened on second day untill i called front desk around 22:00 (since i couldnt believe at first it was from the hotel).

The room was as advertised, location is amazing, staff was kind and curtious and the only issue I had was with the WiFi. It was perfect in every other way.

Keskimääräistä heikompi The hotel is really run down and extremely overpriced. Sofa bed is terribly uncomfortable, kitchen is poorly equiped, dishes are dirty, check-in lasted forever although I was first in line. Breakfast was real disappointment. We got the apartment in the lowest floor with the view of the hotel garage. There was no privacy on our balcony and there was constant noise coming from cars and people. The only good thing about our stay is that it lasted only one day.

Staff responded to our requests promptly, heated jacuzzi and rooftop patio delightful. Views are beautiful. Walking distance to Guatape is a very big bonus. Rooms have glass windows floor to ceiling so the noise from the town is terrible at night due to loud concert music. They are building a shopping mall directly across the street and the rooms facing this will hear noise from banging metal and Jackhammers, even on weekends. 7am onward every day. Room service brought cold eggs for breakfast but at least it didn't take long.

Great location we walked to downtown and got a quick ride to sites like el penol. Also the hot tub on the rooftop was a huge plus after a day of walking. I would stay here again.
