Room was ok. Only 1 channel on the TV worked and froze half the time. Breakfast buffetbwas great with lots of options! We did a couples 90 min massage and 30 min Red Dao Herbal bath which was absolutely incredible. Both of us had probably the best massage we have ever had. Our masseuses were Huong and Chuyen. If you can book either of these two amazing ladies do it!!!! Very good prices as well.

Such helpful staff. Beautiful facilities - the buildings, gardens, paths, rooms, cups in the rooms, the fitout of the bathrooms. Everything was gorgeous. The views over the surrounding valley were so serene. Fabulous place to stay, away from the hustle and bustle of Sapa township. Thank you for a fabulous stay!

We loved our stay at Jade Hill. The cabins are comfortable and peaceful, away from the city centre. Incredible views! Schedule for shuttle system to town is not that convenient with only 3 per day. However, inexpensive by taxi. We enjoyed the pool and spa facilities which were nice. I would recommend to anyone visiting Sapa area.
