엄마랑 야구보러 왔어요 같은 방에서 자면 서로 못자서 펜트하우스 이용했는데 대만족입니다 공간도 아주 넓고 욕실엔 엄청 큰 편색욕조까지 있네요 우린 이용안했지만 깜짝 놀랐어요ㅋ2층 카페테리아가 있어서 참 좋고 간단한 조식 준비해주신 것도 만족했답니다 다음에 또 와야지 했는데 우리팀은 올해 창원경기가 없네요ㅋ내년에 또 와야겠어요 신세계백화점도 가까워서 좋아요 고속버스 이용하신다면 숙소가 정말 엎어지면 코닿을데 있습니다. 프론트 사장님도 아주 친절하시고 감사했습니다

The penthouse was a beautiful place to stay.💜 It was clean, modern, spacious and easily accommodated my family of 5. We also have family in the area that would visit often so at any one time there could be up to 9 or 10 people in the room and there was plenty of space for all of us. Thank you Brown Dot Hotel for the wonderful space!

Fantastic hotel! Beyond our expectations.

The service from staff was impressively kind and warm

Incredible value. Washer+dryer, including detergent, available in lower lobby. Also available: free coffee, ice machine, automatic steamer/ironer/styler machine, microwave. Easy self check-in using machine in lower lobby, but 24h service available in main lobby. Hotel room was clean and had better personal accessories/amenities than average 5 star hotel with 2x toothbrush, cleanser, vanity kit, cotton buds, shaver, and more. Shower had full size bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, and sink area had toner, body lotion and even hair gel and more. Room had fridge with actual available space for our stuff and multiple free bottles of water. No annoying mini-bar with auto-charge if removing items found here. Kettle with tea+coffee was also present. The huge 55-inch TV even included a popular streaming service subscription for free use. Size of room was reasonable and expected for the cost and the free breakfast was basic but useful with toast, butter, jam, broccoli, boiled eggs, tomatoes. Main lobby area had a pub area with 20 or so beer-taps available where you pay per mL, but it was unfortunately not available during our stay.

Great hotel for the NC Dinos. Easier check in ever to the hotel. Convenience shops and coffee shops next door make it nice and handy.
