Staff were extremely rude, especially the hotel manager and young man that works at the reception.
The cards to the rooms kept on giving issues and we constantly stop working.
Toilet could be kept a lot cleaner and upgraded.

Is about 15 minutes walk to the haram. Don't bother taking the bus. Could get there sooner walking. In a very busy area, lots of shops and restuarants around. Noisy in the hotel too. Breakfast is very very basic.

Keskimääräistä heikompi The room was ok, but the bathroom was definitely was neglected! You can ask for simple a toilet paper and won’t get it till the next day even then you have to go downstairs and beg them!

From arrival to check out, service at the hotel was excellent. Rooms and all public areas were clean and very well kept. Staff were friendly & welcoming. Free shuttle service to the Haram or 15 minute walk. Lots of lovely shops around. Budget friendly & I would highly recommend.
