They thought of EVERYthing when they planned this place!! Patrick was so wonderful to us when we checked in, and they even let us check in early! The amenities were wonderful (complimentary water and cookies especially) and the Sisi rooftop restaurant was excellent, bar staff were excellent! The ribs were AMAZEBALLS!! OMG!! The bed was comfortable, the shower was amazing, and having a sink separate from the toilet is so essential! Definitely would stay here again!! LOVED it!!

Staying here was interesting. It offers a lot, but leaves a little tiny bit to be desired. The breakfast was not to my liking because there was no hollandaise, and they overcook their haggis and their black pudding, which are my favorite things to eat when I’m traveling here in Scotland. Also the room could’ve been vacuumed better. My bedding wasn’t changed in the 12 days. I was here, but my bed was made three times. Coffee wasn’t always refilled for the espresso machine with decaf which I would’ve preferred and had asked for once which took them a while to get. Also, their sauna which was advertised and the kitchen, which was advertised when I booked the room was not available because apparently the room I got didn’t have a kitchenette and the sauna is under repairs. This was a very expensive room and for this reason, I am giving it four stars. It should’ve been perfect for the money I paid, but everyone was nice and friendly and Team. England was staying with them. It seemed to overwhelm the staff a bit while I was visiting. Would I stay here again? For about half the money I would definitely if I wanted to visit Glasgow again. The area is good to get a lot of things done easily in town or in the Highlands.

We absolutely loved staying here!

This hotel had a nice atmosphere with a great common space with pool table and ping pong table. Breakfast was excellent with varied options. Location was great to visit the city, lots of restaurants around. I was disappointed with the staff's responses for instructions on how to go places in the city and also on the lack of follow up on 2 requests me made to have caffeinated coffee in our room (only decaf). The room was ok- a bit dark and small (dark carpets, etc ). The bed was comfortable but the bottom sheet kept coming off (no contour sheet). There was no mattress cover and so this showed a very stained mattress. Also, I could feel the buttons from the mattress through the sheet. The room was well stocked with the usual: water bottles, hair dryer etc. The room was cleaned most days (4 out of 5). Overall we enjoyed our stay but I thought the price was high with the comments above.

I spent a week at The Social Hub in Glasgow during the Commonwealth games. It is a wonderful property. The room is small but clean and has everything I need. The location is fantastic. Lots to eat, lots to see lots to do within a short walking distance and public Transportation is very close by. I ate the breakfast every morning and it is fantastic. I wanted to go to the rooftop patio, but I did not have clothes for the occasion, and it seemed to get a little dressy in the evenings. It was very busy every night and people talked about how wonderful it was. I highly recommend this property and I would stay there again if I visit Glasgow.

Our room still had food in cupboard from previous guest. Quickly sorted as we thought. Came home at 11.30 and food still there. Someone immediately cleared it. We got a free breakfast for our trouble.

Very prompt from check in, all staff where warm and friendly, we went for a meal at the restaurant and it was excellent! Room was spotless, plus side for us the location was perfect. I would absolutely book to stay here again.

The room was on the small side, however very clean and comfortable. Lighting was well thought out. The shower was great and the towels were soft. I didn't get time to use the facilities but they looked and sounded good. The property is modern, clean and well located. The staff at reception were not the friendliest and seemed a bit disinterested. However overall it was great for a short stay.
