Hotel was great. Pool and beach access were awesome. Staff was super helpful and accommodating. The only thing to be aware of is they will push rental property. We just said no but they did ask multiple times.

The property continues to be well maintained. However, the hotel beed to pay closes attention to the room maintenance before they lose control, the bedding for example the bed protectors should be replaced. Its creating a lumpy feel in the mattress. The cabana rental is misleading, due to lack of resources to provide service to the cabana renters. The sales people harass you daily and in the early morning hours with constant calls, which is annoying while trying to enjoy your vacation.

We had a great time at his resort for a short stay with the family. The kids, especially loved the pool. Also, we loved the access to the beach and the view was breathtaking! The rooms were nice and clean and had everything that we needed for our stay. We will definitely be returning to this location for any future vacations.

Everything was really good. My only complaint would be that the activity should be included. You pay a resort fee each night and some of the activity should just be free to the resort and not having to pay….like we literally had to pay eight dollars to do s’mores that’s just a candy bar and graham crackers so why so much when it cost so much to stay at the property

This our second year in a row here and we absolutely love it! Great for adults only or those with families!

Stayed at this property with family for the holiday weekend (Memorial Day) and this property was absolutely gorgeous! Fairly 2 years old and very clean. Check in went smooth. I had already read reviews where once you check in at the front desk, they send you over to another counter just to get your keys and of course convince you to do a time share presentation. We accepted just for the perks. The presentation took 3 hours instead of the 90 minutes they claim. Even after we told them NO they still sent us to another person to try to get us to purchase a 7 day getaway in which we also declined. Nevertheless back to the resort, the outdoor pools are heated which was quite nice, since they do not have an indoor pool. Back porch bites was tasty, but the only complaint as I read in other reviews, is they are extremely short staff, especially on a holiday weekend. It took us 30 minutes to get our food at times. The AC on the lobby floor was out the entire weekend, so when I went to the fitness center located on the lobby floor it was very hot in there which made everyone have a very short workout. During checkout, all the carts were in use so many people had to take all there luggage out piece by piece. When I did go to the front desk to inquire about luggage carts, I was informed this NEW property only have 11 carts which is absurd. Trying to get new owners but not having more carts is ridiculous. Also my hubby brought his PlayStation 5 and the hotel don’t allow gaming hookups!

Great clean property! Awesome amenities, food and staff!

This newly built and well-maintained timeshare is just a bit far from the main strip. However, it’s a great option if you’re looking for a quieter area to stay. I’ll definitely be back if I need to stay in a more peaceful/chill vibe environment 👍

Room was excellent, nice and clean. Staff was friendly, biggest issue was an extra charge to my room that was authorized from the backyard bar. Spoke to multiple staff members about it but nothing has been done. The result of the interaction was enough to deter me from staying again.
