We arrived at around 9:30pm on the day of check in, this process was unorganised. The room was very dated. We stayed one night in the hotel and then decided to leave after breakfast. The atmosphere, staff, amenities and general cleanliness were not as described online so we decided to move elsewhere.

The room was lovely and spacious with a good shower. The pool was clean and big. The beach area and bar were also nice. When arriving and walking through the resort some of the communal areas could use some TLC but the main features are well kept. Good location for the beach and under a 200 baht taxi to Saladan pier.

Loved this hotel. Great location, big rooms and very good breakfast. The beach bungalows are the ones to stay in. Only criticism is that the grounds near reception need attention. Highly recommended

Fantastinen I loved this location! My room was 10 seconds from the beach. The rooms are separated by a door so it is very loud.

Super value for money, we had a bungalow 30 yards froma super beach called long beach. Great wifi and very clean. Room.cleaned every day. About 100bhtt into downtown but loads of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Only wish the hotel ran buggies constantly from.beach to reception or main road as it was a little far. Yes i would stay again 100%

Room was clean and spacious
Lovely pool
The hotel is a little run down and communal areas not cleaned. Blocked toilet and dirty stairwells with empty beer bottles for the duration of our stay

Hienoa Staff was amazing.
Breakfast good.
Room was big but with some issues: toilet not flushing (fixed later). Door not locking. (Fixed), phone not working.
After fixing the toilet, water started to come out dirty-ish from the pipes.
