Great hotel right next to the Como Lago train station, only a 5 minute walk away. Great for travelers with rolling suitcases so you don't have to travel far. Short walk away from the lake front and city center. Older building with decent sized rooms, really great for a short trip or as a home base while you travel to the other towns on the lake. Staff was super helpful with finding the hotel and checking in after 6pm. Kept in contact via WhatsApp, super convenient. Safe area which is a must.

Great location, easy to access everything but out of the hustle bustle. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is thoughtfully decorated and had tea and coffee making facilities in the room.

The host Isabella was extremely helpful and kind. We were on a 3 week trip to Italy and it was the best hotel experience we have had. The room was a very decent size and the location was very central and made it easy to catch ferries or take the train.
I would highly recommend this place if your planning to come to lake como

While this may be an older property and not necessarily the best, their check-in taff was the best!
Our shower door was broken and staff couldn't get our tv to work, but Anna, Anna and Karen were the nicest, most kindest and helpful with some personal needs that came up. We had some documents that needed to be printed and they were very sweet and accommodating to accomplish the task.
The hotel was conveniently located, cose to the lake and many restaurants.

Hienoa Very friendly and accommodating staffs. Excellent location close to the lake and city center. Bathroom could be improved, major issues include shower door and toilet seat wobbly.
