Treepana Hua Hin Hotel

Very nice rooms and kind staff. Far from central hua hin and not too walkable area but use Grab and you'll be fine. No restaurant thus no breakfast but there is an ok place right across the street and 7eleven next door. About 12min walk there is a lovely italian restaurant called Pane and foccacia, highly recommend. If you are traveling as a couple and want to sleep next to each other, don't order twin beds. We had to move hotel and this was our second choice but they only had one room with twin beds. We were told that we couldnt push the beds together and in the room there was information we would be fined I think 5000 baht for damages if we did?! This is bizarre to us. Luckily we got a new room the next day, but room 101 has a lot of noise from all over, you hear the elevator ding constantly and it sounds like someone rang your doorbell, scraping and banging from rooms etc. My biggest gripe was the two fountains by the lobby. 1,5x1,5m maybe a foot or two deep, one with probably 15 koi in it. They had no plants, rocks or other shelter from the constant fountain stream. I would love it if the hotel relocated the koi to a rescue as this was very distressing to see and I can't even imagine how the koi are doing. Very kind staff, however they nagged us every day about cleaning the room even if we used the sign to put up. They even called our room if we didn't leave in the daytime(I'm chronically ill so we sometimes stayed back). One day they even went in with the DND up.

Friendly and accommodating staff, thoroughly cleaned room and all together nicely kempt property. Nothing to complain about...

ホテルの施設は新しく素晴らしい。 立地が悪く、近くの大きめのスーパーはヨーロッパからの移住者向けで、タイの物が少ない。 次回は使わないと思う。

Thank you for the lovely stay. A very fine hotel awaits its guests with attention and cleanliness. Large, modern rooms with a view await the guest. The friendliness of the staff comes from the heart. Great hotel in the heart of Hua Hin.
