Wonderful staff, everyone was welcoming and very nice, especially Ester at the front desk. The room was large and clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Nice breakfast selections and a cute hot chocolate bar.

Everything was great except the mattress. The bed was awful the worst sleep or should I say nonsleep I ever had. The water was scolding also the longer the shower the hotter the temperature. The hotel was to beautiful for this.
