Excellent place to stay while in Lisbon. Very well kept and designed hotel. They provide only breakfast, and it was awesome. Very grand friendly staff.

Staff was very friendly when I checked in and out and always greeted me when I was leaving the hotel for the day. Great price and just a 10 minute walk from the main streets in Lisbon.

Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. The room was much smaller than we anticipated given the price we paid. We also experienced significant noise from neighboring rooms late at night on several occasions, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The only solution offered by the staff were earplugs… Additionally, some of the fresh towels provided to us had visible stains on them, which was disappointing and raised concerns about cleanliness standards. While the staff was generally pleasant, these issues negatively impacted our overall experience, and we expected better value for the cost.

The staff was so extremely kind and helpful when our airline lost our luggage! They provided everything they could to us like robes, and slippers to make our stay more comfortable until our bags finally arrived. They also had fantastic restaurant recommendation in walking distance. The property was very clean and a great location.
