Lobby at 2nd floor is front desk with very helpful and friendly staff. We frequent the amenities counter daily - stocked with all basics including bath powder, toothbrush and paste, razor, hair clip and band etc. there’s something for everyone. Cafe machine here gets utilized a lot too. Room layout works. Twin size beds are doable. Pillow is not too comfy/firm but blanket and bed is comfortable. Heated toilet seat! A plus to have. Shower head pressure jets are strong and water steamy hot. Very comfortable stay. Very quiet and no noise. Laundry machine works well.

Great location, super clean, very comfortable bed and pillow. I had a carry on suitcase and it was ok and travelling alone. With two people this would be way too small. But as a solo traveler and carry on bag and back pack was fine. Would recommend. Was to get to everywhere from here

Really great hotel the location is amazing near the train station and lots of restaurants around the area. 5 mins walk to ginza. Amenities toiletries and facility and staff are great!!!! Everything you need will definitely be in this hotel. 5 stars!!!!

Staff was extremely attentive at every interaction we had with them even though we were not at the hotel that often during our stay. They gave recommendations for anything we enquired about too. Extensive array of amenities available in case you forgot anything. Hotel was unbelievably quiet too! Rooms were small but extremely efficient and beds were very comfortable. Located near the Shimbashi train station gave us access to nearly every location in Tokyo via the train system. Highly recommend!
