The property and Staff are perfectly up to the level of what one can expect from the TAJ Brand 2 comments I would like to make (which gives this review less than perfect score) 1. This property seems to be more for couples and does not offer much for children - we were families travelling together, and there is limited activities / areas for kids (of any age) 2. the staff does little to promote local sightseeing / town visits and almost deter you from leaving the property - please do visit MG / Mall road and try local activities !

Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.
