Olive Mykonos Villas

I booked a Deluxe Studio Suite (323 sq ft), but upon check-in I was given a Pool Front Room (194 sq ft), which was a major disappointment. The room was significantly smaller than the one I had booked. To make matters worse, the door lock was broken, making it impossible to secure the room. As a result, I had to be moved to the room next door. During my stay, there was no hot water on two consecutive mornings, which was very frustrating. The soundproofing was also extremely poor—you could hear guests in the neighboring room as if they were inside your own room. Despite these issues, the hotel has many positive qualities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the area. The property itself is cosy and charming, although during peak periods it can feel overcrowded, and the pool area does not seem large enough to comfortably accommodate all guests. Based on my experience, I would recommend avoiding the Pool Front Rooms, as they appear to have poor sound insulation and were the source of most of the issues I encountered. Had I been given the room I originally booked, and had these problems not occurred, I would have happily rated the hotel 5 stars. Unfortunately, the room-related issues had a significant impact on my stay. Nevertheless, the excellent staff and great location helped make the experience more enjoyable.

Ideal location, ample parking, rooms cleaned daily and by far the best place I’ve holidayed in.

Beautiful property and very personable staff!! One of the people that works here is originally from the Bay Area and chose to come back home and run this paradise! Had a great time with no issues whatsoever! Would definitely come back!

Spacious and clean room with all needed items and coffee machine. Serviced every day. Lovely people working there. Locayed not far from town square and bus stop.

Property was in a quiet location away from the noise. However, we did not get any hot water which was quite inconvenient for taking showers.

El hotel no tiene nada , si no tienes vehículo en Mikonos no haces nada los taxis son muy costosos , y Mikonos tiene unas playas muy lindas tipo caribe , pero el viento es muy molesto , las sombrillas y sillas sumamente caras , 180€ una sombrilla y dos sillas , todo exageradamente caro , Mikonos una isla muy desierta parece un peladero de chivos , en realidad no creo que valga la pena por el precio , el hotel olive villa , para descansar pero tienes que tener vehículo

Beautiful accommodations. The staff were delightful and made me feel right at home. And the villas are only a short walk from the local downtown area. But it is a much quieter area compared to the more touristy areas and beaches. If you're looking for a more lively vibe then this location may not be the best for what you're looking for, but is a short taxi ride away to everything.

Amazing properly . There were some kittens around the villa they were so adorable Property was clean but smelled like cigarettes in the villa i stayed in !

It was a good hotel but it was a distance away from mykanos. So you either take cab walk or bus the bus only runs every 2.5 hours in the off months oct to i dont know when
